Quantitative Research

Quantitative research conducted face to face, by phone or online. It can be a one-off measurement or tracking repeated at regular intervals.

In quantitative research, we turn questions into numbers and numbers into decisions. We run every stage end to end, from research design and sampling to fieldwork and data analysis, so we know where every figure comes from.

We measure consumer behavior, market dynamics and shifts in public opinion. Through target audience definition, brand positioning and competitor analysis, we show where a brand stands today and turn the findings into a concrete basis for strategic priorities and new service ideas. Reading the society behind the numbers is the real work.

Questions it answers

  • Who is our target audience, and what does it look like?
  • Where does our brand stand against its competitors?
  • In tough economic times, which expenses do people give up, and which do they hold on to?
  • How will consumers behave during campaign periods (e.g. November sales)?
  • What does the public think about an issue, and how does that view change over time?

  • Online surveys (CAWI)
