A poorly framed question wastes even the best fieldwork. We start from the decision itself: what would change if we knew what?

Every step, from sample design to field control, is on record. Method is discussed at the very start, not in the appendix.
03 — Decision
Turning findings into decisions
A report is not finished until the class and cultural meaning behind the percentage has been read. The output is not a table but a recommendation.
