A good idea needs a well-written proposal to secure funding, and a good project needs to show its results to earn trust. We work with civil society organisations across the whole project cycle.
We run the proposal writing process together, from needs analysis to the logical framework, from budget design to the application text. During implementation we set up the indicators and the monitoring system, and at the end we measure what the project has actually changed through mid-term and final evaluations.
