4. Method of collection and legal basis
Your personal data are collected electronically through the contact form on our website, by email and through cookies. They are processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely that processing is “directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract”, “necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation” and “necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”, and, where necessary, on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of personal data
Your personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with the suppliers who provide us with hosting, email and analytics services and, upon request, with authorised public institutions and organisations.
6. Your rights as a data subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed; to request information if they have been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom they have been transferred; to request their rectification if they are incomplete or inaccurate; to request their erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK; to request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data have been transferred; to object to a result to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing.

You may submit requests concerning your rights in writing, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, to [email protected] or to Mimar Sinan Mah. İsmail Dümbüllü Sok. No:18 D:1 Üsküdar / İstanbul. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
